Who We Are

In 2013, our CEO, Eddy Benoit, Jr., acquired Dorchester Management to become the 2nd vertical division and affiliate of the already operating enterprise of The Benoit Group.  He integrated this small portfolio with his existing project developments throughout Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.  

After 7 years of organic growth, the company has over 100 employees and manages over 3,500 units with 5 states.  Dorchester also offers third-party management services to owners seeking the level of customer service and asset management oversight and compliance reporting that we provide.
